I Made a Friend Today

Colin Pearson came through big with this one. If one red paperclip was a comfy pair of jeans with a hole in the knee, then Mr. Pearson just patched it together with his tune "I Made A Friend Today."

one red paperclip now has an anthem.

That's a GREAT song. Really great. I especially like how he cleverly tweaks the chorus each time--"my butler for your maid," "my jam for your marmalade"--and ends up with the rhyme that brilliantly captures in five words the effect of, essentially, turning your tremendous enthusiasm, ingenuity, and cheerfulness into a house: "my sunshine for your shade." Perfect.

You should put a link for "anthem" up at the top with "about," "merch," "press," and such. Or somewhere.

Since we have followed your trades back at the door knob all the way to the house, we really enjoyed the song. My kids want to know how to download it into their iPods. I checked iTunes, ya never know, was hoping it was on there. It wasn't.

The lyrics are actually very interesting!
I like your voice, it calms me down.. especially because it is accompanied with a guitar, I love the sound of guitars.
